1. OVERVIEW

Welcome to Dominion Parfums. By accessing or using this website, placing a preorder, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. These terms govern all transactions conducted via dominionparfums.com.

Dominion Parfums is a trading name of Dominion Lux Holdings Ltd, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

Dominion Parfums produces limited-edition, artisanal fragrance objects. All products are hand-numbered, and production volumes are capped per release. Due to the exclusive nature of our creations, availability is not guaranteed and is subject to change at our discretion.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel transactions if we believe they may violate our brand’s exclusivity policy or resale restrictions.

3. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-ordering a Dominion fragrance constitutes a binding reservation for a future product release.

Preorder Terms:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $333 USD is required to secure a bottle of Dominion No. 1 – The Throne of Light.

  • The remaining balance of $778 USD must be paid prior to product dispatch.

  • Preorders are processed in sequence, and bottle numbering follows order priority.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are 10–12 weeks after final formula approval and production commencement. Delays may occur due to production or customs constraints.

  • Failure to complete the balance payment within 14 days of the final invoice may result in forfeiture of your reservation without refund.

By placing a preorder, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Dominion Parfums reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and secure payment platforms provided at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners.
All shipments are tracked and insured. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. Dominion Parfums is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address submission.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our product (limited edition, numbered, and crafted to order), we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed — with the exception of damaged or defective goods.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by contacting: [support@dominionparfums.com]. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Approved claims will be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on dominionparfums.com, including logos, bottle designs, product names, text, images, and fragrance compositions, is the intellectual property of Dominion Lux Holdings Ltd. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dominion Parfums shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
